Mobile Application for Inspectors

Inspectors can utilize this application when they visit a Client's property (e.g. for an inspection) or simply for their own personal report. It includes the following highlights.

  • Scheduling an Appointment

    Inspectors can schedule a new appointment for themselves or for a client of theirs.

  • OCR functionality

    Using this feature an Inspector can Click a picture of the appliance data plate and then use our OCR feature to automatically pull Make, Model and Serial #'s.

  • Revise Property Info

    User can update/delete any upcoming appointments.

  • Finalize Appointment

    This feature would allow Inspectors to finalize the appointments while at client side once and required photo's are clicked and appliances added in the mobile app and then review and submit the property for a report from the web portal from the convinience of their home/office.

  • Sync data with Website

    This feature would allow the Inspectors to create appointments etc via the web portal from their Home/Offices and the Mobile app will sync with the Database and pick up those appointments.

  • Report Generation

    A RecallAlert For Life report will be sent to client / customer by us within 12 to 18 hours of submission (monthly updates to follow).
